Deposit |
A $250 refundable security/damage deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Your deposit will be returned by mail within 3 weeks of your departure, less extraordinary cleaning or damage exceeding normal wear, if any. Payment |
Requested 60 days prior to arrival by traveler's, personal, or business check. |
Cancellation |
Must be in writing or e-mail. Deposits and payments are fully refundable less a $50 cancellation fee if cancellation is made at least 60 days prior to your planned arrival. Cancellation notification of less then 60 days may result in forfeiture of rent. There will be no forfeiture of rent if I am able to re-rent to another party for the period affected by the cancellation. |

Mango Hale (2 bedroom, 2 bath) or Mango Cottage (1 bedroom, 1bath) are available individually for couples or small families, or both houses can be rented together to accommodate a larger group.
